Anyone who has a personal account with Moneybookers is allowed to participate in the referral program. Merchant accounts are excluded from participation.
Moneybookers reserves the right to disallow any person as an originator.
Deposit and withdrawal fees are excluded.
Referral payments for any given transaction are limited to 0.6% of the transaction value.
Referral payments are limited to EUR 100 during the first year of registration for each progeny.
Moneybookers' decisions on who is the originator of a given progeny are absolutely final and are not subject to discussion.
Moneybookers reserves the right to discontinue or change the reward scheme, or any other aspect of the program at any time.
